We are not perfect, but we are definitely doing our best. Forgive us for our shortcomings. There’s colour codes on your file that determines if you require emergency help or not. They can’t push out emergency patients to attend to you because you are in a hurry. Only if people could understand that.as you can see we are already short-staffed

Sorry about your experience. I’ve been to Edenvale Hospital a few times and besides the long wait since it gets full, I’ve always received the best service from all staff members in all departments.

1st you have to queue to get your folder then queue to check your vitals and wgen you are done go to another long queue to see a doctor. Maybe you have a chest problem. Doctor send you to go for an x-ray and it's another queue and before you go for that x-ray you inform the people in the line that you are coming back so you won't start the queue again. When you done another longggg queue at pharmacy waiting for you then you go home
