Phainon needs only his E2S1 and caesar (he also got a buff along with Sparkle's buff, which was available for free), and Cas needs a full 5-star team with signatures. 5 cost vs 8 cost. Still have questions? And we're not even mentioning that if you replace Cas in her own team with MC, the damage will be better...

me when e0s0 phainon is just bad in anything that isnt as lmao. mono rem can cost more but as someone who owns both teams at e0s0 (and still will run cas without evernight and cyrene for fun reruns.) at least cas consistently can clear moc more in the cycle requirements lmao. phainon is just unfortunately shitty without lc. im sure e0s1 is at the least makes him more reasonable compared to cas but without it? hell nah. lmao

I don’t understand why vertical investment is so slandered by most casual players in this game. If cost for cost a dps with vertical investment performs better at a minimum baseline than another that requires horizontal investment they should be put in a higher echelon, but prydwen can’t show this because they only show E0 data for their tier list. in my opinion if you want a true list go on sktheherta and find the top 5 lowest cost 0 cyclers(phainon has been top 5 for almost every MOC since his release btw)
