@raulcreates: We met at a party in Brooklyn, the last place you’d expect a love story to begin. I wasn’t even supposed to be there that night. But God had other plans. “Run Wid It” by Mr. Killa came on and the lyrics said pick up anything 😂😂 so I did exactly that. I picked her up and started running around the room with her 😂😂 Chaos. Laughter. A stranger in my arms who didn’t feel like a stranger at all. I knew right then something was different about her. What started in the noise of a city night turned into something so much quieter and deeper. We started serving in church together, building something real, something rooted. I watched her love God and I fell in love with her all over again. She didn’t just love me at my best. She watched me grow from a manager on Wall Street to a global director. Through every season, every shift, every late night and early morning. She never wavered. She just believed. My biggest cheerleader. Always the first to hold me accountable and the first to lift me up in prayer when I couldn’t find the words myself. That kind of love doesn’t come from a person. It comes through one. 🙏🏾 Then Basel, Switzerland. A city neither of us had ever imagined we’d stand in together. I got down on one knee and asked her to be mine forever and she said yes. 🇨🇭 We sealed it in New York City. The place where it all started. Our city. Our story. Our forever.
