I would have never tried the seafood because I’m so “American” and direct with what I like. But you gave it a shot and loved it. It’s so humbling to see our own shortcomings in someone else’s strengths. And wildly enough, to think that you feel your shyness is a weakness. Mind boggling! Thank you as always for posting.
