lol...... dont buy the wrong used boat. im running an 03. with an 03 4 stroke yamadawg. yearly services i do myself. I haven't had to"fix" really much. new throttle cables. a couple switches. but I did upgrade alot myself. part of owning a boat. take your boat cost.... now expect to spend around 10% of that cost for upkeep and maintenance.

Better to build one the way you want it. Most expensive part is the motor. I’ve seen plenty of hack job boat builds from high end makers. They are more worried about quantity over quality
