Make the tangzhong: Combine water, milk, and bread flour in a saucepan. Cook over medium-low heat, stirring constantly, until it thickens into a sticky dough, about 6-7 minutes. Let it cool. 2.	Prepare the yeast mixture: In the bowl of your stand mixer, combine warm milk, yeast, and sugar. Let it sit for about 15 minutes until it’s bubbly . 3.	Mix the dry ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together the bread flour, milk powder, and salt. 4.	Combine everything in the stand mixer: Add the yeast mixture, egg, and melted butter to the stand mixer bowl. Begin mixing on low speed, then gradually add the dry ingredients. Once the dough starts coming together, incorporate the tangzhong. 5.	Knead the dough: Knead the dough for about 6-8 minutes until it’s smooth and elastic. Then let it rise in a warm place for 60-70 minutes until it doubles in size. 6.	Shape and second proof: After the dough has risen, shape it into your desired form and let it proof again for about 40 minutes. 7.	Bake and finish: Brush the top with egg wash and bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes until golden brown. Let the bread cool for 10 minutes before slicing. #fyp #mlm #bread #baking #cooking
