If you've been having night sweats for years, you may want to talk to your doctor. Granted, sweating a little bit in the night is normal. But if you're like soaking your shirt or if you feel clammy and/or wet when you wake up, and/or your sheets are damp if it's not an especially hot night, you should see a doctor.
