For the baked beans, heat a small flameproof, ovenproof casserole dish over medium heat. Add the olive oil, onion and garlic and fry for 2-3 minutes until golden brown. Stir in the paprika and mustard and cook for a further minute. Add the passata, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, and beans. Stir well, then measure out 60ml water and add it gradually, stirring until you have a glossy sauce that coats the beans - you may not need all the water.
