CRÈME DE MYRTILLE BAR Recipe & Pictures Credits: @ataleofsauceandspice INGREDIENTS: Orange Cake Bars @yummycakes_za 1 cup heavy whipping cream ½ cup homemade blueberry Coulis Fresh blueberries 🫐 and Mint leaves 🍃 For the blueberry frosting: whip cream to stiff peaks then gently fold in the blueberry Coulis. (Blueberry Coulis recipe: 250g blueberries cooked with 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice, ¼ cup sugar and zest from 1 lemon. Cook until bubbly and thick.
