The Step up Program is great! However it does take time for refunds, so if people don’t have the money upfront I don’t recommend it. It can take months for refunds.

For the FTC scholarship you can’t just use it at any private school you choose . It needs to be a school that takes the scholarship funds and those schools are notorious for price gouging SUFS recipients. So be careful there .

I could go on for hours about OCPS. My children have utilized step prior, and after an experience with public we are going back to step up/private.

OCPS is rough. They are closing 7 schools for next year. I think they lost 6,000 students last year.
