Lol omgg no thats a nightmare . My coworker did that to a client of mind we both had a client at 3:30pm for balayage my client went thru a different door and my coworker assumed it was her didnt ask her name or anything and started doing her hair until her actual client showed up it was a mess😭 my poor client is shy and she was in highschool didnt know what to say lol

Once had a Sarah booked on a Saturday, thought it was a client I had seen a couple times before but I got to the waiting area and a new client says I’m Sarah so I start her hair and as I start blow drying I look over and my Sarah is on the bench 😳 turns out we had 3 Sarah’s that day all booked within 15 minutes of each other and I did finish 2 of the Sarah’s in time for my next client, I still to this day don’t know how I did that.

this happened to me !!!!!! i had an older man first thing in the morning whose name i knew but gave i forgot, and no other stylists working that day so just me in the salon. old man whose hair i have cut before but name i also forgot walks in and i greet him and he sits in my chair so i just assume he’s my client. my actual client walked in 10 minutes later …..
