Okay, going to state this in the main thread, instead of answering everybody that calls this pasta. It isn’t pasta. Pasta shrinks and burns in hot oil. It is called Duros, made similar to pasta. But has baking soda in as an ingredient. When cooked in hot oil, the oil causes the baking soda to create gas bubbles, causing it to expand.
