Nah it builds character. Started in fast food and worked my way up to a salary paying job with actual benefits and it taught me humble beginnings working in fast food

i thought like this when looking for jobs too. my stepdad got me a job in fast food and its been ome of the best experiences ive had. not everyone functions the same, not every workplace creates the same experience, yall need to stop letting ppl on tiktok scare you and go out there and have your own experiences. and yeah, maybe you have had or will have bad experiences. hate to break it to you, but those are EVERYWHERE. you learn and you grow.

Worked at Taco Bell for a week, got yelled at by the old ass ugly manager for not knowing how to make EVERYTHING on the menu, never came back in😝 now he comes into my new job, where I do nothing and get paid more😘

Im currently on my 4th week of mcdonalds. first job, and I'm an introverted auDHD. i get nauseous before every shift and got automatically put in the drive thru no training. im definitely gonna quit, but I'm still too nervous to even talk to the manager about quitting and I have no other way to get money 🥲 I'm genuinely terrified

Tbh, every job is kinda shitty. Fast food is something anyone can learn in a short timeframe (don’t need college) and with the right managers and franchisees owning it then it can teach you lifelong skills.

Maybe not fast food but restaurants can be fun and help build character. You can get tips and do many different tasks. Working for a restaurant helped me save for my first car, I learned how to prep food and cook different things, and it helped my social skills ❤️

I work as a pharmacy tech. I AM NOT LETTING GO OF THIS JOB UNLESS THE NEXT ONE PAYS MORE AND IS A HOSPITAL OR STATE JOB. It was so hard getting here. I applied to so many none restaurant jobs and its amazing how much you lose when your job experience is just restaurant. In all honesty i probably got this job for three reasons 1. they where desperate 2. they saw the potential in me due to having a good record with great customer servicing 3. right before this job, i worked at Carters(retail)
