my ADHD brain and my @Claude setup finally understand each other i stopped forcing myself into systems that weren't built for how i think. here's what's actually running behind the scenes: ⭐️ system instructions that tell it not to overwhelm me. no walls of text, no five actions thrown at me at once ⭐️ a skill that knows how i think, my personality type, and how to actually help me think something through instead of just answering ⭐️ a diary skill for when i go on a tangent mid-conversation and need to come back to it later. it logs the notes, how i was feeling, and what i was actually trying to do straight into Notion ⭐️ every closed conversation gets renamed
