Let’s be honest—we all agree: this is hands down one of the most effective, most efficient, most shockingly well-run offices in the entire country. And in a nation where bureaucracy often frustrates us, this office shines like a beacon of what is possible. They don't just issue permits—they restore our faith in public service. This team deserves more than applause. They deserve the highest honors. A national medal. A standing ovation from every Ugandan who has walked in and walked out smiling, served with speed, respect, and competence. And here's my burning call: rotate that Executive Director or Managing Director to every sluggish, broken, excuse-filled entity in this country. Let them spread this efficiency model like wildfire. Let them touch every corner of our public service until fast, fair, and friendly service is not the exception—but the rule. Because if one office can do it, why not all? Let's celebrate them. Let's copy them. Let's be them.
