@jamesgreenehpa: Recent rehab progressions I used with a sprinter who was having some hip flexor related pain, which went down very well 🏃 💯 Progressing as follows: - 1/2 Kneeling sit up through full range - Add tolerable rotation - Add external load, pulses, rotation etc - Add an overhead iso hold (this is spicy 🌶️ 🥵) Let me know if you give it a go and comment ‘Hip’ if you would like some more hip strength and mobility exercises for runners & sprinters 👇 #hippain #hipflexor #physio #athletictherapy
