I love this. Men need to remember that it’s okay, its okay to feel shit, it’s okay to speak about your feelings. It doesn’t make you less of a man feeling this way or make you a burden. Men carry us and sometimes they just need that help from us to carry them. I always tell my husband and my dad that you’re replaceable everywhere but home. Put yourself first, work and everything else can wait! My dad went through a hard time, and I’m glad he spoke out and got the help he needed. It needs to be normalised for men to speak out too just like it’s so normal for women! Never bottle anything up! You’ve got this Shane 👏🏼👏🏼❤️
