I went from marina coil to mini pill and my hair started falling out. and my moods were awful so had a new coil fitted n been fine. no periods no symptoms x

I used natural cycles and it worked. I slipped up one month not watching my cycle and did get caught but other than that it worked.

Natural cycles work but it gets less and less effective every cycle I eventually fell pregnant 😂

Used natural cycles for 10 years with my husband and it only didn’t work when we wanted to get pregnant with our children. Hes very in tune with my body now as well 😂

copper coil for me has been a blast the first year was horrendous I basically had a period for 6month🤣 but apart from that everything is fine now. my periods are irregular but no pain no nothing and their just like a normal flow no heavy not light just normal best decision I made obviously everyone is different though all you can do is try

Don’t get the copper one it’s so pain full the pissabout with it it’s unreal ive got it in got it put in three four month ago i get intense back lower and belly pains the head aches lol unreal doesnt help with my epilepsy

I’ve been on natural cycles for years. Invest in an Oura ring so you don’t have to worry about forgetting to take your temperature. It changed my life. I would never go back on contraception again.
