I'm more concerned about WHO SUPPOSED to have trained,taught or showed him, most American flatbed companies (Maverick, TMC,Boyd, P&S) will not let you leave if you don't know this, when I drove for Arrow trucking years ago they didn't play about things like this. Good Trooper for educating as well.
