I’m a landscaper and I work for numerous landlords that pay me weekly to maintain their property’s so that they know it’s being taken care of. Not everyone wants to mow and trim weekly. To be honest most can care less about the yard

Enzyme cleaners are specifically used for pet URINE stains … doubt the service dog was peeing all over their apartment. Also: outdoor landscaping is typically the responsibility of the landlord to maintain NOT the tenant
