natural ingredients are more expensive but that was ok in the 2010s cause ads wasn't as expensive. but now razer thing margins expensive ads and expensive natural ingredients most be hell. retail you don't have to worry about ads and traffic as much

I've got a question. I kinda see a pattern : why when everything is great we bring the "white super CEO man" from XYZ but when everything falls down, we bring the "(sometime POC) woman" to the rescue? Most of the time, she does rescue the brand/company but why do they give those "opportunities" only when it collapsed?
