To sum up: she grew her upper quads. So yeah traing your glutes and quads. For anyone who can see where the difference is: her upper quads have more volume now. Thats also how it works with all this „fill the hip dips“. You give the illusion with growing the muscle around since you can’t fill something with muscle where there is no muscle to fill.
