The skin has a natural barrier that can be damaged by using lots of products and by constant contact with water. In hotter countries you may need to wash yourself more often, but that can also be done with a washcloth. Showering all the time costs more money, it is not good for the environment, and it is not good for your health either. Washing every day is fine, but showering every day is not necessary.

noooo you should use cream/balm first and THEN oil because its the oil that locks in moisture from the balm not the pther way round
