Skip the “intent to use” phase and go straight to file for the trademark. It will cost less and you can edit the application later and you won’t have to do it twice.

That’s protection for the company name or logo in that space the “class”. A trademark isn’t protection for app or idea a patent is. Utility or Design patent.

You might wanna clarify this because this might make it legal. It won’t make it enforceable. It cost tens of thousands dollars if not more to enforce something like this especially overseas where it’s nearly impossible.
