Awesome! Love seeing people learning and willing to ask questions. Just remember to set appropriate expectations if you go into restaraunt work. I meet a lot of People out of culinary school who burn out quick because they expect this style of cooking vs very fast paced stressful environments. Catering or private chef work is definitely a bit more manageable, if you havent had much fast paced experience. Especially in the low end "nice restaurants". People expect a lot more scratch cooking and then find out most affordable restaurants cut costs in everyway which can be hard for people with passion in the field to deal with.
