Yessss I do it alot I just looked this up bc the say this about ppl like us…. We frequently often struggle with low self-esteem, anxiety, or a compulsive need to please others, rather than having done something wrong. We can’t help it though; but we will be ok one day 😊

It is a hard habit to break, but you can break it..I had my customer tell me you know you don't always have to say you are sorry when you didn't do anything wrong. She was right so that helped me to break the habit. Now when other people say it a lot. I tell them not to say sorry to me unless you hurt me or do something wrong.
