I struggle with this so bad, especially when I see people on glp-1s say they’re losing 30 pounds the first two months while my calorie deficit has me losing 5 pounds in 10 weeks. 😭

I track CONSISTENTLY, and of course I’m human, but I’m on 25 days on consistently tracking right now. I’m on week 24 and 34.2 lbs down. ROP is 1.43 lbs/week.

I’m eating 1550 cals a day, averaging 9800 steps per day, and have only lost 7 pounds in 10 weeks, with no weight loss in the last 3 weeks 😭 I am spot on with my tracking every day. It’s SO frustrating

I’m at 1600 calories, average 6,000 steps a day for 2 months, drink decaf black coffee and water only, and I haven’t lost anything. I’m also in perimenopause. I eat tons of fiber and I’m constipated 😭so aggravated.

i have a question 🙋🏼♀️i have been on kcal deficit since oct last year, i've lost 14kg, now do i stay in the same deficit, or should i calculate a new one? its still working juat waaaaay slower. mind you, at thw begining i was not strict, i ate everything but in my deficit range. now i eat way healthier and i choose my meals very carefully...
