I love your videos. I work in sales too, and I’m sick of hearing that sales trainer on TikTok say all you have to do is solve a problem. The emotions you show really drive home the point that buying a Rolls-Royce has nothing to do with solving problems—it’s probably more about wanting to belong.

Incredibly valuable video right here. In my own study of Buying Psychology I've also learnt that every buyer moves through 3 internal checkpoints before spending money: 1️⃣ Acknowledgement — "Is this relevant to me?" Fail here and the sale is dead instantly. 2️⃣ Justification — "Can I afford this? Is it worth it right now?" This is where weak pitches get "let me think about it." 3️⃣ Commitment — They're no longer learning. They're deciding if it feels safe to act. Your job here isn't to convince — it's to reduce friction. Most sellers keep pitching when the buyer has already moved past needing information. That's where deals are lost.
