You are so brave to share and it will help so many people and caregivers affected by Alzheimer’s not feel so alone. A good friend of mine was diagnosed with a form of dementia about 2 years ago and as it has progressed his aggression and restlessness has also progressed. I hope you can find something that helps you manage these difficult symptoms. Prayers for you and Terri!

My Mom, My Aunt, 2 Uncles, Cousin, etc had Alzheimer’s. It was really hard. Some personalities were so different. Dennis we know who you are as a person. Anything negatively affecting your personality isn’t you it’s the disease. It’s not easy for Terri but remember she loves you as you do her. 🥰

My husband just started Seroquel… it is helping so far with his restlessness and irritability..thank you for sharing… I will never fully understand this disease.

Unfortunately, there really is no “flare” as such, with ALZ. It just progresses. When the depression started to get bad for my husband, I would keep a smile on my face and tell him to do the same. IT REALLY DOES HELP.😻 Dennis, give yourself a pat on the back for doing well with everything! SMILE! 😊 😊😊 God bless! 🙏
