even if they have a policy to not serve people on bikes then you simple say that nicely. there was no reason to be rude so they were 100% in the wrong and should definitely lose their jobs. I've gone to a drive through multiple times on a electric foldable scooter as I dont drive at all and I have never been treated this way.
