My so called life :
uhm I may would challenge the head officers reasoning for yelling at his officer. he said he wasn't in the moment & not being in the moment led the officer to not hear the sarges orders to go group up in another area however... the officer was tuned into the victims needs & what the other first responders may have needed assistance with in order to get the victim to a doctor quicker & more smoothly. So the question is, is he to ignore the emergency/victim/victim aid & focus on his Sarge only by tuning outlt the victim & any other first responders that possibly need help to save a life? That to me feels like a confusing slippery slope & the Sarge was merely embarrassed that his officer asked for more assistance rather than huddle in a group w/their hands in their pockets.
