they should add up the cost of all the vehicles damaged 12 months prior to him filling it and pay him the cost of damages he prevented in the coming year along with materials and his time. these drivers could've sued the city for damages but probably didnt. hes only helping them.

I think these are the kind of issues we have when corrupt politicians are in office..... if the taxes went to the roads instead of into politicians pockets and to fund garbage wars there would never hand been any issues with the road in the first place, the city is at fault
