I'm sure you know this, but a top tip for anyone with any type of oil change like this... Always crack open the fill plug first! You don't want to be stuck with an empty gearbox and then strip out/round off the fill plug 😂

Hey brother, I have the same Hydro gears in my Scagg and when reading the manual it says do not fill directly into the pump, but use the reservoir. Not sure what would be the difference but food for thought.

Good video. I’ve done my Kubota ZG127S hydro twice in 10 years. Please do a video the next time you do a kubota drive belt change. Deck belt no problem. My drive belt breaks every 5 years and there has to be an easier way than how I do it. Love your videos.

Top tip: remove the cap and drill a hole in it for 5mm hose, insert hose through the hole to the bottom of the oil bottle. Other end of the hose in the film port. Then make a hole near the top of the bottle enough for an air line, simply insert air and it will force the oil through the hose 👌

Or poke a hole in the oil container and use a rubber tipped air chuck to pressurize and send the fluid up the tube
