Okay, let me explain a little for your information. In the past, Thai people believed that Wat Arun was a source of energy from the second heaven, the realm of Indra, because it's located in the middle of the Chao Phraya River and is in an open area. Humans could only access the first floor; the statues on top of each pagoda are representations of Indra and his attendants. We couldn't go up to the second floor. This temple is a first-class royal temple, meaning it's within the palace grounds, not in a private residence.
