this turned out really nice. I made some of mine dry without adding fat... in a good nonstick frying pan you can actually do without the fat to cook it, or a slight dab of butter if you prefer. don't make it too thick, but just cook slightly longer on lower heat if you prefer thicker. both ways worked for me.
