Bro! Polish that battery plate is useless since the conducted area are at the other side. polish and clean the contact plate and pcb is not help because the battery level led also not light up. most case of no output is bms shutdown that caused by one or more cells of battery dead.

Batteries need a small amount of charge to actually take a charge from a charger. If the battery is completely dead it needs to be jumped with another battery to give it a small amount of charge.

It’s just a bms gone in protection, the correct way is to put a little current, like 0.05 A to the poles of the battery and leave it charge. After that, if the BMS didn’t restart, try to touch the B+ and B- with high current, just a touch. If it doesn’t start, the BMS need to be replaced

désolé mais si ta batterie fonctionne après ca ce n'est la batterie le problème ces le chargeur tout ce que tu as nettoyé inutilement (côté inverse du contact, PCB) n'est pas la cause
