Both were well trained. At the end of the war perhaps slightly less. Heer Officers, however, were way better trained than them.

the army was traditional to the other reichs but the ss tried to have a 100% loyal aryan force that focased more on discipline and respet im pretty sure

actually ss is better than wetmacht but fallshirmjager and gebrisjager are better than ss ( at training not material qnd number of troops)
