My son was born premature, and I was young. The doctors had us keeping him in a bubble to “keep him safe.” The poor kid was sick all the time. Eventually we decided to stop following all the strict “safe” rules because it was driving us crazy and clearly wasn’t helping him. I stopped sterilizing everything and just let him be a kid so his immune system could build up naturally. Since the age of three, he’s barely even caught a cold. Today he’s a healthy 28-year-old.

yes!! unfortunately we arent able to live as you guys do, but we let our son live. no antibiotics, no running to the dr over a sniffle or cough,no daily baths, and he is the healthiest kid in his school!
