Started working as a barista at 18 and the amount of social data I was able to collect, the amount of PRACTICE I got with starting conversations, making small talk etc., genuinely changed my life

Everyone is bestie until otherwise stated. Always give one compliment, it helps with friendly vibes. Be a journalist about their lives, like ask questions and match whatever expression they are making. remeber people, and if they bring something up that they have told you, you can state one thing that you remeber about it in a nonchalant way but not more because then it’s creepy. Be honest but like vague honest. That’s all I can think of right now. I’m charismatic to a fault and now everyone thinks I’m extroverted but I’m really just masking. also do a social job atleast once because it helps with learning how to interact with complete strangers. Also get a extremely social friend and just learn what they are doing

I only got charisma by maximizing my empathy stat. This is gonna sound weird but in my brain I see myself as a hybrid of Barbie and Spiderman- being kind for nothing in return and developing a love of humanity by trying to uplift others or just practicing altruism more frequently helped me become more charismatic.
