Hey, BYD seal owner here from Japan. On our market we have a problem with the car, not chargers. Official response from BYD - use only charges that we are partnered with(eMP in Japan). Some fast and nice chargers don’t work, they charge for 3-7 minutes and then turn off. So maybe different chargers could work in your case

Something what Tesla do really well with their own chargers. The charging infrastucture is a big mess but still better as go to pharmacy to buy petrol 😂
