It has to do with ya health I would think. Because when it’s to where when you burp and some horrid smell come out that’s a gut issue . Your mouth can be clean also.

It works! I don’t have breath problems but when I would use it at night I wouldn’t wake up with morning breath.🤷🏾♀️
