Yeah any self respecting orthopedist or for that matter physiotherapist or chiropractor can diagnose a partial vs complete ACL tear by a simple drawer manual test. Waste of time yet people keep dissing Canadas healthcare system because well they don’t know squat

If it’s a partial tear please do PRP the sooner the better. They inject platelet rich plasma (made from drawing your blood and passing it in a centrifuge) into your knee that has a mini chamber for your ACL. I had a full tear and meniscus tear, unfortunately my ACL was too far gone but it healed my meniscus significantly, you’ll need to do 3 or more sessions but pleaseee look into it not enough people know this is an option my DMs are open queen

having a partial tear can actually be worse then a complete tear. it took me about 3 months before I tore the remaining piece 😑 Hope you're the lucky one and it heals just fine!

I tore my ACL skiing (full) and I did not need surgery. I did make a full recovery to ski again for fun with a brace. Do you mobility PT, rest more and limp less.

real. my dad got cataract surgery in Thailand bc of the insane wait time in Canada, he was almost completely blind and still had a long wait ahead of him so off to Thailand he went
