I think the on off is easier cause you get a break if ur with pros and they are holding 330w its mentally dragging cause ur like when is the brake????

Amateurs have to brake in the corners and if they get too close to another riders. Pros either ease off or go full gas through.

several of us that ride in fixed gear group rides enjoy the challenge of being faster than someone trying to go faster than you unless you see a geared bike then you have to ride faster & harder than them 😂

Its like on and off and on and off and on and off and then the guy who started the whole thing complaining after the ride in the group ride that people were going to hard for a zone 2 ride.
