How bad does the brain fog get because I’m worried I have dimentia. I’m only 43, but it’s getting so bad. I can’t think of names and words. I used to need to do lists for several items but now if I think of something I need to do and don’t do it right away, it’s gone if I don’t write it down or set a reminder.

I’m in my 40s and just started hormone replacement therapy. It’s only been a week, but I swear I feel so much better after years of complaining about brain fog mood swings night sweats, and joint pain. My hormone levels prior were all fine prior to starting. Is it okay to start HRT with normal labs?

I started bioidentical HRT and ended up with an "unprovoked" pulmonary embolism. They couldn't pinpoint the HRT as the cause of the embolism because the embolism occurred after I had been on HRT for nearly 9 months. I am at a loss. What TYPE of omega 3s?
