Trick is to use the shadow. Hover each circle over using the shadow to show coverage before dropping it.

im guessing this is a hustle. there's prob 1 disc slightly larger that's marked and or the guy keeps an eye on it to use for demonstrations or mix in for players to win whenever there are a lot of people around watching. 🤔
