For me, I’m just walking for like 30 minutes after my workouts sometimes or getting my steps in. But if you want to be good at running or high intensity cardio, you are going to have to give some energy to that ♥️

i was doing 20-30 minutes of incline walking after my lifts for 6 months in body recomp. i built muscle and lost fat but now im in this plateau state where im sm hungrier and im feel like im not losing anymore bf. just felt like the intense cardio and weightlifting and being a server on my feet all day i lost a lot of energy and i hear too much cardio can stall fat loss?

I get up at 5, eat eggs and rice and lift.. then after work I do cardio when I get home.. and when I say cardio I mean walk on an incline, keep the heart rate around 130-140 bpm

If you want to get into the science of it. Cardio or zone 2 exercise increases mitochondria and its efficiency in the muscle leading to more energy. Incorporating cardio in your resistance training regimen will only help each type of exercise build on one another.
