I've been practicing Vipassana meditation for the last 5 to 6 years. And one fine day I realized as what is mentioned in this video that I was chasing something. I was trying to reach a destination while doing meditation. I realized that I was on an ego trip. meditation became ease when I stopped looking for something. I realized the one that has been observing life as it is, has no form or shape and ego. it's just a free being.

It's funny because I had goals at the start of my journey. and no I have no goals, now I am nobody, I am nothing, but I am so fulfilled in this beautiful nobody doing absolutely nothing. In the ego it feels like it needs to get something or someone, a job or a certain experience to be fulfilled, to be successful, peace, loving and Joy.

your just love. love is God. that's it. enlightenment is knowing the real you. and that's love. a kid just play they don't need to think or do anything. love just plays. there's nothing to do but love and play just like a puppy or a kitten

ive always seen ego as the filter. or the navigating system. it takes our experiences and, our moments, our thoughts, out feelings, everything and places it in our being where it fits most. but what we are without it is everything and nothing all once. the ego segments everything for the sake of experiencing time and space.
