sorry man. but if you have everything adjusted correctly and use 3 14" kicker strips on the ball wheel. you won't have this problem. I had only 1 bw belt break in me in 6 years. center ran 7 days a week.

Using tack strips are honestly better because you dont have to worry about messing up a ball and they are relatively cheap only downside is they wear really fast

Is that "shoe" bolted through the ballwheel, with an exposed head on the back-side of it? I can see that shedding a belt in a hurry. Maybe a countersunk bolt driven in tight would help. Personally I'd rip 'em out and go back to hourly ballwheel wipedowns with 90% isopropyl. Back in the good old days, any offending ball would get the same treatment, but they kinda frown on that these days.
