its best to start from the bottom and go up. And go in sections. Do not use detangler, it dries out their hair. water with coconut oil works wonders! coming from a mom to 2 coco puffs!

I was about to comment on how funny kids are because they will literally watch a video of a rubbish truck but then I just watched a curly hair routine on a toddler when I have neither a toddler nor curly hair so yeah I'm the funny one hahahaha

Mixed kid mama here. Applying the water directly and then adding the leave in can really help. That also looks like a curly brush but more styling? I would recommend a tangle teaser, or the unbrush? But you are doing a fantastic job
