The one time I got Covid I cried when the positive showed up on the test. I just got home from a trip and I felt so bad for exposing other people unknowingly. I did wear a mask on the plane, but I still felt awful about it

yes and additionally I'm gonna need u all to sincerely reflect on why you stopped wearing a mask in shared public spaces. deciding covid is over because everyone else is doing it in 2026 is really not that different from deciding covid is over because you want a fun spring break in 2021. you have almost certainly had covid since you stopped masking, because it is airborne and everywhere and frequently asymptomatic and a rapid antigen test can only catch less than half of infections and less people are testing regularly than ever. you have probably brought covid into the homes of people at risk and people you love without knowing. community care is still a value some of us share, and i believe it is in you too. it is NEVER too late to adapt your behaviour to be more in line with your values. check your local wastewater statistics if you can. wear an n95. every broken chain of transmission is a life saved from debilitating long covid or death, which can both come for anyone regardless of their immune system health. take care of each other even when it seems like no one else is doing it, and over time you will spot others doing it with you. we move together 💕

PREACH!!! Thank you for voicing this so adamantly. It's infuriating how many people don't get it or just don't care. Thank you ❤️

I know so many people like that. Actually its a great personality test that I get their opinion on the subject. If they fail, I am gone.
